Is your organization stuck in neutral?  Or worse, reverse?   Many things can work against a company’s effectiveness.  Lack of common vision; poor communication; disharmony among directors, managers and/or key staff; and other factors can cause lags in performance,  high staff turnover, and failure to achieve critical goals.

Warren Bennis, a pioneer in contemporary leadership studies and Founding Chairman of The Leadership Institute at University of Southern California, notes that organizational development is a complex strategy to change the beliefs, attitudes, values, and structure of organizations to better adapt to new technologies, markets, and challenges.  Whether your organization needs fine tuning or a complete transformation, we can work with you to build and improve both individual and organizational effectiveness.

Representative projects include:

·       Leadership and executive coaching.

·       Board assessment and development.

·       Board and management retreats.

·       Individual and team assessment.

·       Corporate communication and culture assessment.

·       Improved decision-making processes.

·       Conflict resolution and conflict resolution training.

·       Talent management strategies, including job descriptions, appraisal systems, 360-feedback, and succession planning.

We are certified to administer several assessment and improvement instruments, including:

·       Corporate Coaching.  Corporate coaches serve as catalysts to assist executives, individuals, and teams to break through organizational and other barriers to develop leadership, effective teams, and “bench strength.”  Sharon is affiliated with the International Coaching Federation.

·       The Five Dysfunctions of a Team (Table Group).  Techniques for overcoming absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability, and inattention to results.

·       Success Insights DISC©.  Assessment of behavioral styles and preferences to improve interpersonal relationships, work productivity, communication, and teamwork.

·       Success Insights PIAV©.  Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values Profile (PIAV) assessment describes the traits that drive a person to work, that motivate action or create resistance.

·       The Birkman Method®.  An assessment tool to facilitate team building, executive coaching, leadership development, and conflict resolution.
