  • When a dispute arose over a loss caused by alleged negligence of the managing partner of a retail business, Morrison reviewed the facts and estimated the amount of the loss, helping the attorneys come to a settlement.
  • We have done several valuation projects, including a review of a business value calculation prepared by other professionals in which we found several questionable assumptions and omitted facts.  Our assessment led to a satisfactory settlement with one of the company’s owners, who had tried to negotiate a buyout based on the questionable value calculation.
  • Managing Principal Brent Morrison analyzed and assessed damages caused by incorrect instructions provided by a chemical company representative that resulted in significant losses to a large commercial nursery operation.  The case was settled out of court.
